Nana and I would like to thank you so much for all of your support and professionalism at our wedding. We had a truly magical day and a lot of that was down to your immense support and constant professionalism. Many of our friends and family really enjoyed the day but everyone is in agreement that the food made it truly wonderful! We had a lovely time but it was even better to come back and hear that everyone else enjoyed themselves too!
We flew to Barbados the Saturday after the wedding and had a great honeymoon on such a beautiful island. I really will stop gushing now but would like to thank you for getting Nana to write his poem. It still means so much to me and will do forever I am sure.....

As mother of the bride, Burrell Catering were a Godsend in so many ways. Burrells were able to meet our needs of a Caribbean/African mixed cuisine with great professionalism. Its great when you find Caribbean caterers that are professional in every way possible. They really accommodated our every wish, allowing flexibility and made what could’ve been a very stressful situation, so easy for us a they were also able to recommend contacts who were able to help in other areas, as well as coming up with some great ideas too. They also allowed us to have various tastings of what they were able to offer us as well as a tasting of the final menu (WITHOUT CHARGING), unlike other places I will not mention. They offered so much variety, it was quite unbelievable as our final menu offered 4 deserts which certainly surprised our guests and catered for everyone. I come from a family of great cooks, and where food rates very highly on the agenda so to have found Burrells who really did us proud, was amazing. Many of our guests said “it’s the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding”, and I would most certainly second that.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and would bet that you couldn’t find a team to offer such magnificent service or even come close. Burrells can offer Afro/Caribbean cuisine with a touch of class or just great food in fantastic quantities so you come away as though you’ve had a great fulfilling meal.

Burrell Catering is a breath of fresh air to the world of Hospitality.
We hired them simply for the preparation of food and beverages for our wedding but they provided so much more. Not only did they assist us with the arrangement and choice of foods but they also assisted our Master of Ceremony to make our special day even better. As for the food itself we had Lamb, Fish Jollof Rice and an assortment of Desserts, and in the word of our guest, “The food was exquisite”.
From the first day we met Burrell, they made us feel that our day was a day they wanted to help make special, and they did. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of Professional caterers and Event coordinators.
I only wish they had a restaurant so I could taste Burrell’s work on a regular basis.
