The day after……. We would like to say how impressed we were with the staff and the outstanding effort made by Burrell Catering at Joanne and Paul’s wedding yesterday. This for us was a flawless operation from start to finish. The staff were decked out in impeccable uniforms, Head Chef Mr Burrell also looked super professional in his attire, he was warm and friendly engaging with the guests and his staff throughout the entire day, this was done in a way we’ve never experienced.. The food was magnificent, adding special touches and exquisite little twists to caribbean food, who knew Ackee & Saltfish could be delivered in such an elegant way… The tables were decorated to the highest standard and the fact that we were all given a chance to sample each dish right from our seats was a huge plus, eradicating the hassle of having to stand up in long queues – another well thought out idea. The timings of when the dishes were served again on point! AND our plates were HOT not warm HOT, excellent! The day very much reflected this magical couple “Joanne and Paul” 3and Burrell’s helped the day run like a dream…. Well done and long may Burrell’s reign, you have our vote…
